2. Services Offered
Utkarsh offers the following services:
Tour and Travel Services: We organize tours, trips, and travel packages, both domestic and international.
Car Rental Services: We provide car rental services with or without a driver, for short and long-term use.
Car Driving School: We offer comprehensive driving lessons, designed for beginners and experienced drivers seeking to improve their skills.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made through the official Utkarsh website, mobile app, or our authorized representatives.
Payments for bookings must be made in full prior to the service being provided unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Prices and availability of services are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
A booking confirmation will be sent to the customer via email or SMS once the payment is received.
Cancellations and Refunds
Tour and Travel Services:
Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Car Rental Services:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the rental start time to receive a full refund.
If the vehicle is returned late or in damaged condition, additional fees may apply.
Car Driving School:
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. Missed lessons without notice will be charged in full.
Refunds will not be issued once a driving course has commenced unless there is a valid reason.
5. Use of Services
Tour and Travel Services:
Passengers must adhere to the itinerary provided. Any deviations or special requests must be communicated before the tour starts.
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings during the trip.
Car Rental Services:
The vehicle must be used in compliance with local traffic laws. Any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided, or refueling charges may apply.
Car Driving School:
Learners must hold a valid learner's permit or driver's license before starting lessons.
Learners must follow the instructor’s directions and adhere to all safety rules during the lessons.
6. Liability and Responsibility
Utkarsh is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage of personal property during the use of its services.
In the event of a breakdown or unforeseen circumstances, Utkarsh will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle or alternative arrangements.
7. Privacy Policy
Utkarsh is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for providing services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Utkarsh reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version of the terms will always be available on our website.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Utkarsh operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through local courts.
